I'm studying abroad in Spring of 2010 and will need to sublet my apartment on the intersection of 25th and Rio Grande. It's pretty close to a bus stop, 5 minutes away from Kinsolving (closest end of campus), 15-20 minute walk to Jester (the opposite end of campus). http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=2529+Rio+Grande+St+Austin+TX+78705 It's a shared room (which is why rent's so cheap), but it's got its own bathroom and a giant closet that's big enough to double as another bedroom, and my roommate's a nice guy, works/watches anime/plays video games on his computer most of the time and puts on earphones if it bothers you. I'll put up some pictures once I get my hands on a digital camera. Do note that three other guys total (including my current roommate), but they're all nice dudes. Apartment comes with washer/dryer and a working kitchen. We also have a ping pong table, if you're into that. Of course, the room comes furnished.
